Who looks after your information
The seller of The Plot 9 Notebook is responsible for the personal information collected when you buy the book. You can contact us by replying to your Gumroad receipt.
What we collect
This website doesn't use cookies or tracking of its own. When you buy the book, our checkout provider, Gumroad, collects your name, email address and payment details so it can take payment and send you your download. We receive your name, email address and order details from them. We never see your full card number.
What we use it for
We use your details to deliver the book, deal with refunds and answer your emails. We won't send you marketing unless you've asked to hear from us, and we never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for six years because UK tax law requires it. Then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Reply to your Gumroad receipt and we'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
